Empowered Communication does Mediation, Trainings, Facilitation, and Coaching aimed toward resolving conflict between people, improving communication skills, and helping clients achieve self-actualization in order to succeed at work and at home. We help people resolve their conflicts via mediation, facilitation, and other conflict resolution processes. We do trainings for businesses, organizations, agencies, and individuals on advocacy, anger management, anti-bullying, anti-harassment, communication skills, conflict resolution, employment readiness, management strategies, nonviolent communication, organization skills, strategies for success, and other topics as requested. We facilitate annual meetings, change management, retreats, strategic planning, and succession planning for businesses, organizations, and agencies. We do coaching in how to handle a conflict, goal setting, interviewing, life coaching ,management skills, managing organizational change, time management, and in other areas. Trainings, mediation, facilitation, and coaching can be tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
